Leadership Development

We provide training for congregational social justice organizing using our GRACE model:

• Grounded – rooting ourselves in our own stories and our UU values

• Relational – listening to connect with each other and build community together

• Accountable – acting in solidarity with those most impacted by injustice

• Capacity-building – creating teams and processes to engage more and more people

• Effective – developing strategies to actually make a difference.

We also provide spaces for leaders from different congregations to support each other, learn from each other, and explore ways of collaborating together through our quarterly Action Council meetings.
